These pitas are great for sandwich or wrap, and pair well with hummus.

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and add olive oil, syrup or sugar, and most of the water (saving a few tablespoons to add later if necessary).

  6. Continue with remaining flatbreads and serve with hummus.
