Instructions

  1. Combine extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar or lemon juice, shallot, dijon mustard, kosher salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl. 

  2. Add cherry tomatoes and green tomato into the bowl and toss gently to coat.

  3. Let it sit for 5 minutes. 

  4. Add lettuce and basil; toss gently to combine.
