Add swiss chard to your pasta to boost nutrition.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil on high heat.

  2. Once boiling, add pasta and cook for approximately 8 minutes (Cook until it reaches a firm or desired consistency). Drain and set aside.

  3. Add some olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add Swiss Chard, cook until the stems are tender.

  5. Remove from heat, add everything to a large bowl, and add Rotini.

  6. Mix and serve.

  7. Optional: Season with salt and pepper, add lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
