This colorful and delicious salad packs a punch, it has fruit, vegetables and grains to help you have a healthy and satisfying meal.



  1. In a medium bowl, stir together strawberries, lemon juice, and honey.

  2. In another bowl, stir together arugula, basil, rye berries, and onions. Season with salt to taste and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

  3. Pour the strawberry mixture on top of the salad and drizzle with the olive oil. Season to taste with pepper.
