Pear and Cranberry Crisp
Instead of the fall dessert staple, apple crisp, this crisp recipes uses the natural sweetness and goodness from pears and cranberries.
In a medium bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and applesauce.
In a 8x8 baking dish, combine pears, cranberries, and cornstarch. Distribute oat mixture over top.
Bake uncovered at 400F until bubbling and the oat topping has browned - approximately 20 minutes.
Sprinkle additional cinnamon over top before serving & enjoy.
