  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. To a large bowl add, sliced pears, sliced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, raw honey, salt, and lemon juice.

  3. Gently toss to coat all the fruit with the spices.

  4. Pour fruit mixture into 13×9″ baking dish or 11″ skillet.

  5. In medium bowl, add regular oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter.

  6. Using your hands or a pastry blender, combine the butter into the dry ingredients until everything is combined and crumbly.

  7. Sprinkle crisp topping on top of the fruit mixture.

  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until top is browned.

  9. Remove from oven and serve!
