Chocolate and Fruit Oatmeal
Description
This is the perfect breakfast to start your day. It’s filled with carbohydrates and protein that will keep you satisfied and fueled throughout your morning. It’s also a great source of vitamin B, Omega 3 fatty acids, and fiber.

Blend 1 cup of plant-based milk with dates in a blender until smooth.

In a medium saucepan, combine dates and plant-based milk mixture with the remaining milk and the rest of the ingredients.

Bring to a low boil and cook on medium-low until thickened, about 15 minutes.

Top with sliced banana or your choice of fresh or frozen fruit.
