Celery Root Coleslaw
Eat this coleslaw recipe as a side dish or as a topping on some of your favorite sandwiches.
Clean and core the apples.
Peel and clean the celery root.
Peel the carrots.
With a food processor or regular vegetable grater, shred all the vegetables and place them in a salad bowl.
Add the walnuts.
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
Pour over salad and mix well. Serve salad cold.
Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
