Salad:

  1. Clean and core the apples.

  2. Peel and clean the celery root.

  3. Peel the carrots.

  4. With a food processor or regular vegetable grater, shred all the vegetables and place them in a salad bowl.

  5. Add the walnuts.

Dressing:

  1. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients.

  2. Pour over salad and mix well. Serve salad cold.

  3. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
