Greek Yogurt Chive Dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Cut carrots lengthwise into fries.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix together carrots, oil, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 20—25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  5. In a small bowl, combine all dip ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
