Description
Instead of potatoes, why not use carrots? These fries, baked instead of fried, are a fun and tasty way to add vitamin A into your diet.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cut carrots lengthwise into fries.

In a medium bowl, mix together carrots, oil, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 20—25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

In a small bowl, combine all dip ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
