Instructions

Cook orzo pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine orzo pasta, broccoli, strawberries, and sunflower seeds.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, oil, sugar or honey, and poppy seeds.

Drizzle salad with lemon poppy seed vinaigrette and toss to combine.
