  1. Mix corn, broccoli, egg, cracker crumbs and oil together and pour into a greased 1.5 quart casserole dish.

  2. Mix margarine or butter and crushed crackers together in small bowl. Sprinkle over broccoli corn mixture.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
