These brownies are low in sugar and high in protein, making a delicious and nutritious snack.



  1. Begin by preheating oven to 350 degrees. Next, combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Grease an 11x 7: 2" pan, and pour in the batter.

  2. Bake for 35 minutes or until set. if desired, top it with fresh diced fruit, jam or peanut butter, Allow to cool then refrigerate for a chewier consistency.
