Description

Fried rice is a popular dish in China and can be prepared for a main or side dish! This recipe is loaded in proteins and vitamins from the beef, vegetables, and grains!

Instructions

  1. Pour sauce and seasoning into a bowl and mix well.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Fry until the mushrooms turn soft. Then, add the onions. Fry for about a half minute until aromatic.

  3. Cook beef until well browned. Add the cooked rice and sauce, turn up the heat, and stir-fry until well combined.

  4. Turn off the heat, add 1/8 tbsp. salt and sprinkle chopped green onion. Serve hot!
