Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
Peel and core the pears. Cut each half into 4-5 wedges. Arrange them in a baking dish in a single layer.
-
Season the pears: Mix the honey and water until the honey dissolves. Add half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder to the honey and water mixture. Add the lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the pears and stir well to coat the pears.
-
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the pears are softer but still hold their shape. They should NOT be completely soft. Start checking at 15-20 minutes and take them out of the oven as soon as they're to your liking. Drizzle with pan juices at least twice during baking time.
-
Let cool a bit. You can then serve them warm or at room temperature.
-
Yogurt: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, ground cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of honey (mix evenly).
-
Serve: Scoop the yogurt into 4 dessert cups and top with the pears and any remaining pan juices.
