Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Peel and core the pears. Cut each half into 4-5 wedges. Arrange them in a baking dish in a single layer.

  3. Season the pears: Mix the honey and water until the honey dissolves. Add half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder to the honey and water mixture. Add the lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the pears and stir well to coat the pears.

  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the pears are softer but still hold their shape. They should NOT be completely soft. Start checking at 15-20 minutes and take them out of the oven as soon as they're to your liking. Drizzle with pan juices at least twice during baking time.

  5. Let cool a bit. You can then serve them warm or at room temperature.

  6. Yogurt: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, ground cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of honey (mix evenly).

  7. Serve: Scoop the yogurt into 4 dessert cups and top with the pears and any remaining pan juices.
