Baby Greens Salad with Pears

This fresh and delicious salad is full of vegetables, fruit, and protein.




  1. For the dressing, whisk together pear juice, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and oil.

  2. Put mixed greens in a large mixing bowl, drizzle dressing over greens, and mix together.

  3. Add pears, walnuts, and grated carrots to the salad and toss lightly.

    For each serving, sprinkle with cheese.
