Description

Smoothies are quick and easy to make at home when you are short on time! Try this refreshing and tasty smoothie rich in protein and vitamins A & C.

Ingredients
  • 3 cup Watermelon (Diced)
  • 1 cup Strawberries (Frozen)
  • 5.3 oz Greek yogurt (Non-Fat , Vanilla)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 Lime (Juice)
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup Oats (Optional, old Fashioned)
Instructions

    Combine the watermelon, strawberries, ice cubes, yogurt, banana, oats (optional), and lime juice in a blender.

    Blend on low to break up the strawberries and ice, stopping to scrape the sides of the blender, as needed. Increase speed to high and blend until very smooth, about 20 seconds.

    Serve immediately.
