Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cut 4 sweet potatoes into thin slices.
Mix olive oil, chili powder, salt, and seasoning salt in a bowl. Throw in sweet potatoes and toss gently to coat.
On a baking sheet that is lightly oiled, cover with a single layer of potatoes. Roast for 20 minutes and turn once until golden and tender. After roasting, broil each side for 1 minute.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
