Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Orzo Pasta
  • 2 cup Fresh Broccoli (chopped)
  • 2 cup Fresh Strawberries (diced)
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions

    Cook orzo pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

    In a large bowl, combine orzo pasta, broccoli, strawberries, and sunflower seeds.

    In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, oil, sugar or honey, and poppy seeds.
