  • 3 cup Oats
  • 1.5 cup Low-fat milk
  • 2 Bananas (mashed and ripe)
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
