Description

Ingredients
  • 2 Avocados
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 3 tbsp Red Onion (Minced)
  • 3 tbsp Celery (Finely Chopped)
  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs (Diced)
  • 1 tbsp Jalapenos (Optional; minced)
Instructions

    Mash the avocado and lime juice together with sea salt, leaving some chunks

    Add in the cilantro, red onion, celery, and jalapeƱos.

    Add in the hard boiled eggs, mashing the yolks a little. Adjust salt and jalapeƱos to taste if needed.
