Description

This delicious and nutritious take on salsa using summery peaches is low in calories and high in vitamin c.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Peaches (diced)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeno (finely diced, seeds removed)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well.

  2. Serve or chill and enjoy!

  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
